FROM THE GROUND UP
ILAP wanted to revise their entire strategy when dealing with patients. Two highly skilled medical doctors can only maximise their potential if their environment is conducive to healing and recovery. They approached Stush Marketing to request a complete 360 approach to not only marketing but their business strategy. Working from the foundation we started with the layout of their organizational structure. We began to unite two surgical specialities under one brand identity and experience. Develop a comprehensive patient care program from the ground up and create compelling educational content about ground breaking treatments provided.
Once an organizational structure was established, and a new suite of staff in place, we switched our focus to developing their digital strategy. We ideated a brand tagline to speak to the transformative impact upon the lives of both bariatric and gynaecological surgery patients. This was incorporated in both the ABL and digital ad campaigns. The website was developed to act as a central touchpoint for dissemination of information on the brand, providers and the treatments provided. Photo and video shoots were conducted to create original content for use throughout all mediums. The stories of former patients were highlighted in the digital campaign.
